About the event
Pop-Up Care Village (PUCV) is a cornerstone of Community Assistance Teams of Flagstaff’s mission to provide radical hospitality and dignity to our unsheltered relatives. Inspired by the "village" model of care, this one-day event transforms a public space into a hub of essential resources, community connection, and celebration.
What to Expect
The PUCV brings together local agencies, non-profits, and businesses to meet immediate needs and foster long-term stability in a low-barrier, welcoming environment.
🥗 Community Feast: Enjoy a delicious meal and food security resources, often featuring local favorites like master-crafted fry bread.
🚿 Mobile Hygiene: Access to free hot showers provided by the CATS Outreach Bus.
✂️ Care & Comfort: Professional haircuts, fresh clothing, hygiene supplies, and essential camping gear.
