How We Work
Our approach is relational, not transactional. We meet people where they are, work across systems, and respond to real needs on the ground. The work can be challenging and deeply human. It requires steadiness, humility, and the ability to work with care in complex environments. We value lived experience, cultural knowledge, and community ties alongside professional skills.
Who We’re Looking For
We look for people who are:
-
Grounded and dependable
-
Comfortable working directly with the community
-
Able to work with compassion and clear boundaries
-
Respectful of Indigenous values, culture, and sovereignty
-
Committed to dignity, safety, and shared responsibility
Experience in outreach, social services, health, education, logistics, or community organizing is valued, but not required for all roles.
